Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Returns or exchanges requested more than 7 days after delivery
• International orders shipped to destinations outside Hong Kong
• Custom orders, including engraved or otherwise altered items

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and complimentary gifts. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item remains in resalable condition.

Any shipping costs incurred due to returns or exchanges for personal reasons shall be borne by the customer.
